Key Responsibilities:
- Fullstack Development: Architect and implement robust solutions using front-end and back-end technologies. Develop responsive user interfaces and scalable APIs that enhance user experience and meet business objectives.
- Technical Excellence: Apply best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD). Ensure adherence to coding standards and contribute to the overall technical vision of projects.
- Collaborative Approach: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Innovation and Problem-Solving: Drive innovation through exploration of new technologies and methodologies. Proactively identify technical challenges and propose solutions to optimize performance and scalability of applications.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer, Software Developer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects. Experience in both front-end (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, frameworks like React or Angular) and back-end (Java, Python, Node.js, Spring Boot, etc.) development is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in programming languages, database management, and web technologies. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is advantageous.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications or a master’s degree will be a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex technical challenges.
