Job Description Summary
The role involves providing support via phone, email, and chat for various PC hardware and software applications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide support to employees of corporate clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist users in troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook.
- Provide support for Microsoft Operating Systems, including Windows 7 and Windows 10.
- Provide assistance for Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 365.
- Provide configuration and email synchronization support for mobile devices.
- Efficiently handle 50-60 issues daily.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Utilize Active Directory to reset network passwords.
- Help users with adding and modifying network printers.
- Provide technical support for VPN connectivity issues.
- Control users’ computers using remote access tools.
- Troubleshoot remote access connectivity problems.
- Promote and demonstrate an understanding and commitment to Logicalis’ mission and values.
- Stay updated with applicable federal, state, and local laws and Logicalis’ policies and procedures.
- Conduct oneself in a manner consistent with client service expectations.

Qualifications

Education
- Trade School Certificate or Associate Degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience / Technical Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a call center or service desk environment.
- Knowledge of various PC hardware and software applications, including:
- Operating Systems: Windows 7, Windows 10
- Office 365 Support
- User creations/terminations (tasks/requests)
- End-user self-service tools
- Cloud support – multiple device data syncing
- ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
- Applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, Outlook, and Lotus Notes.
- ISP, Cable Modem, and Internet Support
- Effective troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Experience navigating a knowledgebase
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
Certifications

- Motivated self-starter with strong organizational, administrative, and interpersonal abilities.
- Capable of completing tasks, projects, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision.
- Possesses excellent oral, written, technical, and business communication skills.
- Able to manage several tasks well and perform well in a busy, fast-paced setting.
